We gladly accept donations between our opening hours (listed below). To preserve the condition of the items and to avoid theft, we kindly request that donations are made during our operating hours and are not left outside.

We take the safety of our customers very seriously, and therefore, we do not sell toys without a CE code. It is illegal to do so. Although this means that we cannot sell certain toys, we ensure that all of the items we put out for sale meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

At times, we have noticed that people may leave donations outside overnight. While we appreciate the generosity, it can become overwhelming for us to manage. We have had instances where bags full of electronics, car seats, teddies and toys without CE codes have been left out. This adds up quickly, and we must contact the council to dispose of these items safely. Additionally, items such as bed frames and TVs left out overnight also need to be removed and disposed of properly. Unfortunately, we do incur charges for this service.
