About the group

 

Our peer supported Art and Crafts group is degisned to encourage self expression in a friendly setting through a variety of mediums. Those attending will have the opportunity to learn new skills and teach others.

Whilst peer-led, this group is also supported by volunteers. The group will also have opportunities to get out into the local community and beyond for inspiration.

Counselling

About The Service

Our counselling service can help you explore your situation or any difficulties that you may be experiencing in a safe and confidential environment.

 

Counselling is protected time for you and your counsellor to work together on areas of your life that are causing you concern or are feeling out of balance. Our experienced team of counsellors are able to offer you 12 sessions of counselling.

About the service

If you find yourself in crisis or need support with your mental health, we are here to listen and help you in your time of need. Mind Cafés have professional mental health workers who can offer you a safe space.

 

Our aim is to support people to reduce any immediate crisis and to safety plan; drawing on strengths, resilience, and coping mechanisms to manage their mental health and wellbeing.

About this service

Our courses are open to everyone, offering you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of different mental health problems.

The courses are designed to be suitable for people who have either experienced mental health problems, their family, friends or carers for people with lived experience of mental heath issues. Each course explores techniques, skills, and interventions to build your resilience as well as grow your knowledge.
