"My confidence has improved with the help of [the team], helped me obtain a volunteering position and she actively encouraged me by helping with my confidence and providing the mental health support when I needed it.
I feel a lot stronger and wouldn’t be here in this position without the BBO project and I am extremely grateful for the help that has been provided.
It has helped me realise that I would also like to work in a supporting role, assisting people with similar mental health problems like myself. If I could provide the same amazing support to others, then I will be extremely proud."
"I am much more confident than I was before. [The team] helped me to realise my potential that I really didn’t feel I had before. I feel like my circumstances have really improved and I now look forward to the future. I cannot believe I got not 1 but 2 jobs!"
"I feel I am in a much better place than I was before I started going to Mind and then working with you. Even though it has been a really tough year I am now looking forward to the future and
to start actually living my life. "
